Food Safety and Hygiene awareness Courses Level 1 and 2

Our Food Safety and Hygiene Level 1 online training course raises awareness of the risks associated with working near where food is prepared. It also explains what measures should be put in place to reduce the risks. The course covers what you need to know about food safety and hygiene, key terms, key legislation, the responsibilities of employers and employees, the role of Environmental Health Officers, main hazards and control measures.
As part of our level 2 course, we deliver bespoke training for either catering, retail or the manufacturing sector where it provide insight around what measures should be put in place to reduce the risks. The course covers what you need to know about food safety and hygiene, key terms, key legislation, the responsibilities of employers and employees, the role of Environmental Health Officers, what HACCP is and its main steps, main hazards and control measures.
